The Tiger Who Came to Tea began life as a bedtime story for Judith Kerr’s own children, before being published in 1968. It quickly became a classic and by the time it celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2018 it had been translated into 11 languages and sold over five million copies.
This delightful exhibition introduces Judith’s charming and enduring picture book to a new generation of readers and is a summer treat for families and art lovers of all ages.
