The Lost Colour

18 September @ 2.00pm - 2.45pm

Lion Salt Works are delighted to be hosting

Half a String present The Lost Colour from The Puppet Van

Join Malcolm Brushell, a professional painter and amateur alchemist, on his quest to find the pinky-est pink paint on the planet! Through cracking rocks, mashing every conceivable vegetable, and even bottling and fermenting his own cow’s wee, he has created every colour imaginable.

Through stunning puppetry and an energy fuelled performance all on top of a van, join this race to create the most potent pigmented pink paint imaginable.

Information about the event including COVID measures
Although restrictions are easing nationally, COVID infection are still rising and we are retaining a number of measures at this event to ensure the safety and comfort of attendees, staff and performers.

The event is outdoors with individual picnic areas marked for each attending household. Please bring a picnic blanket with you. Please book your tickets in a household group (including any bubble). We are assuming that a picnic blanket is up to 150cm x 150cm.

We will be asking event performers, staff and attendees (adults) to do a Lateral Flow Test before coming to the show. There will also be a set of pre-event questions to assess whether anyone attending might be at risk of having and spreading COVID.

We will be requesting attendees to check in to the event using a QR code or by sharing their details with us.
