Festival for the Future: Sustainability Festival

23 July @ 10.30am - 5.00pm

Free. Drop in.
Join us for a jam-packed day of sustainability and climate action! Come and meet our Earth Giant friends, support local sellers at a sustainable craft fair, and enjoy a free film screening in our onsite Regalette cinema (booking required).
Bring clothes to trade in our clothes swap and something to tie-dye at our tie-dye station. You can also learn upcycling tips and tricks in workshops with local crafters.
All events are free to attend, and Museum admission is free for the day. Don’t forget to call in at the nearby Lion Salt Works for more festival programmes!
Inspired by #PlasticFreeJuly, Festival for the Future is a month-long, community-driven celebration of sustainability and climate initiatives spanning all four museum sites. Co-curated by community members, local organisations and sustainability groups, it combines education around sustainability and climate issues with creative responses, and gives local people a platform for sharing their work.
