SALT is a Virtual Reality Installation created by renowned dancer and choreographer Martin Hylton. This fully immersive dance piece is presented in 360° virtual reality and inspired by the history of the UK’s last open pan salt works.
Visit the Lion Salt Works and put on a VR headset. Step into an immersive dance piece, which will give you a sense of what it would have been like to work in this industrial environment.
SALT, part of Meeting Point2. Funded by Arts Council England’s Museum Resilience Fund and led by Arts&Heritage (www.artsandheritage.org.uk). Meeting Point2 presents artworks in unexpected places and supports small and medium scale museums to commission artists, who will create a piece of work in response to the venue.
