Murder @ the Works

4 October 2019 @ 7.00pm - 10.00pm

| £25

Includes evening meal: book at or direct from the Salt Barge Pub, Marston, Northwich.
A murder mystery from the height of World War II. It is 1942 and Germany targets Britain’s industries. Cheshire appears to be a safe distance away, but is it really? Rumours of espionage, enemy prisoners and bombing targets pervade the town. Take a seat in the Salt Barge pub among the land girls, salt workers, doctors and pilots. The night starts with the murder of a much loved local. Your job is to identify the murderer with suspects to question, village feuds to unravel and a few red herrings. The evening starts in The Salt Barge at 7pm with a 2 course war-time meal at 7.30pm, after which the event moves to the Salt Works for even more intrigue and deception. War-time dress optional, but there will be a prize for best-dressed guest.
